Hunter Academy is in pre-launch. No courses are on sale yet and no payments are taken through this site. These terms take full effect when courses go on sale.

What we collect

Your name and email when you join the waitlist, create an account or buy a course; and, once courses launch, your course progress. Payment details are collected and processed by Stripe, not by us.

How we use it

To deliver courses, send receipts and course updates, answer questions, and, if you opt in, send occasional emails about new courses. Waitlist sign-ups are confirmed by email before you are added, and every email has an unsubscribe link.

Who we share it with

Only the services that run the academy: Kit (our email list provider), Vercel (our website host) and Google Fonts (which serves the site's fonts). Once courses launch, this will also include our learning platform and Stripe for payments. We do not sell your information.

Where it's stored

Some providers store data outside Canada, including in the United States, where it may be subject to local laws.

Cookies and tracking

This site does not use advertising or analytics cookies.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal information when you reply to any email you receive from Hunter Academy. We follow British Columbia's Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA) and Canada's PIPEDA where they apply.
